Sharon has worked in several different fitness industry environments.  The majority of her career has been with Gold's Gym as a key player in the role of Fitness Manager.  Sharon's move to partner with KAIZEN is grounded in her belief that within KAIZEN and it's results-based lifestyle approach, she is better able to achieve her professional mission. Aligning with this quickly growing and forward thinking element of the industry supports her in addressing all the many components of  fitness and wellness to get her clients the sustainable results they really want.
